The Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts and Supervision is a unique program combining advance Culinary knowledge and skills with an insight on supervision of kitchen operations and business management. 

This course helps master advance cooking techniques whilst acquiring knowledge on key operational and management principles. Teaching students to build a successful and efficient business model culminating with a project report detailing their business plan for an entrepreunal venture.

The Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts and Supervision equips students with supervisory skills which with practice help lead up to managerial positions or also help take on entrepreneurship endeavours.

Structured class schedules include in depth theoretical knowledge transfer alongside insightful practical sessions to help clearly understand advance culinary and supervisory concepts

Duration: 12 months to 15 months – (1350 GLH) training with Bangalore Culinary Academy, spread across 6 to 9 months* followed by 6 months industrial training (optional and subject to fulfilment of mandatory criteria)

How to Get Admission at Our Institution

Eligibility Criteria:

  • For Diploma & Advance Diploma Programs: Candidates must be aged 16 or older.
  • A basic understanding of English is required.
  • There are no minimum educational qualifications needed for the Diploma & Advanced Diploma Programs.
  • For the Undergraduate (UG) Program: Candidates must have completed their 12th grade.


  • No previous experience in cooking or baking is necessary to enroll in any of our programs.
