Students also learn some necessary skills needed for entrepreneurship and business management. You will learn to run your kitchen as a chef as well as how to maintain a successful food business.

Duration: 8 months – 6 months (650 hrs) on-campus training with Bangalore Culinary Academy and 2 months industrial training (optional and subject to fulfilment of mandatory criteria)
