All the sessions have been so fun and interactive. Chefs are highly experienced and knowledgeable, and also impart the right techniques at work. The Admin team and the founders are really friendly and helpful at all times. Would highly recommend students to join bca who are interested in learning pastry arts or culinary arts. We were encouraged to have jokes during the end of our class. Our chefs are very jovial with us. Going to miss all the fun after my course. I took up a dual course which included culinary arts and patisserie, I never once regret it as I got a chance to learn a lot from different chefs at the academy. After completing my dual course I took up an advanced diploma course which mainly specializes in supervising your own kitchen. It was such an amazing experience as for a person like me who wants to go into the catering industry and one day be an entrepreneur it is very important to understand the kitchen and why the roles are important and this academy does justice to that. So thank you to all the chefs and staff at the institute to help me build myself and boost my confidence to help me become more creative, and to help me achieve my goals.
